Billing

How much does my insurance cover, what will be my responsibility?

Physical therapy services will be billed to your participating insurance company. Patients with a co-insurance will be billed directly. (Definition of co-insurance: a percentage that is given to the patient from the insurance company for medical services. For example: If your plan covers 80%, the 20% is the patient's co-insurance).

Types of Payment Accepted:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • VISA
  • MASTERCARD

Co-payments are expected at the time of service. (Definition of co-payment: a designated amount assigned to the patient for medical treatment that is expected at the time of service. For Example: An insurance company covers 100% and gives the patient a $20 co-payment to pay each visit.)

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

My therapist has guided me along to walking without fear, even when he bends my knee. The techs are so friendly and a joy to talk and laugh with about daily life. The PTAs and the student PT check on my progress and ask if I have any questions about the exercises.
