Low Back
What is the best posture and how can I achieve it?
The best posture has you sitting or standing with a lumbar lordosis. A lumbar lordosis is a neutral curve in your lower back. When this curve is present the entire spine is in alignment. To best find your neutral or lumbar lordosis you will sit and rock your pelvis forward and backward until you find the neutral or 'happy medium'. This will be your pelvis neutral and it will allow you to maintain your best posture. Refer to McKenzie Spine Care on the Services page for illustrations.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
I started my PT at your Waugh Chapel facility for a tibial plateau fracture. I live in the Crofton/Gambrills area so the location of your facility was the reason I stopped into your office. Besides the convenient location, your PT staff is kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
