CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

A Front Office staff member went to bat for me one morning when I arrived for PT but my approved plan had not. The staff member called the physician office and insisted on talking to a "live" person and finally it was all straightened out. I am most grateful that this person went the extra mile to help me.
