Physical Therapy

What is the difference between a sprain and a strain?

The difference lies with the structure involved; whether you have injured a muscle or ligament. Any muscle injury can result in a strain; this meaning the muscle has been overworked or stressed. A ligament will result in a sprain when injury occurs.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

If I have a need for physical therapy in the future, I will certainly use your facility. I already recommend to others your office in the Village at Waugh Chapel.
