Physical Therapy

What type of injury requires Aquatherapy?

Aquatic pools are used for many injuries. Those may involve any lower extremity injury that requires the patient to bear less weight. Examples include joint replacements, ligament surgery, sprain or strain. Other conditions that will benefit from Aquatics are: spinal pain/surgery or any neurological condition affecting walking/balance skills.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

My therapist has guided me along to walking without fear, even when he bends my knee. The techs are so friendly and a joy to talk and laugh with about daily life. The PTAs and the student PT check on my progress and ask if I have any questions about the exercises.
