Shoulder

What movement or positions should I avoid to prevent shoulder problems?

Because of the anatomy of the shoulder, one should not try to sleep on their shoulder. This position will keep undue stress on the tendons of the rotator cuff and bicep muscle. Movements to avoid might include sustained overhead work or repeated reaching behind your back. These movements over time may enhance your chances of shoulder injury.
